2 months later I'm going to be sparring with the chairman of my gym (former WBA Minimum weight boxer who was world ranked 3rd) and I really want to impress him as he knows I have been working really hard in the gym. I'm about 120.8 lbs and 5 ft 8.4 in. I have been working out on my bicep/triceps, legs anabdominalls as well as chest so I could become more physically fit, and have re-started road working as I had my semester exams and I just spent most of my time studying. But now that's over and my summer vacation has started, I can train all day to get prepared. But the thing is, I haven't learned how to head slip, duck, weave, or any defensive techniques, all I know is to jab, right cross and throw a left hook, nothing else. But I'm sure the chairman will teach me shortly. The point of the question is, is there anything else I could work on? To people who are experienced, it would be appreciated if you all would lend me some helpful tips (muscle workouts, roadworks, etc)

I interned at a place 3 months ago ,and everything started to go decently for the first 2 months. First of all, I use to have this great computer that was a fast computer that I could get my job done pretty quick. I type 95 wpm. So they remove this great computer ,and instead give me a 10 year old computer in which it's very hard to do my own work. My main contribution to the company was learning in my intern ,but 3 weeks before he makes a decision (my boss) whether to keep me or not he slams me with all of this work that involves learning a complete different piece of software ,and expects me to adapt. I adapt as fast as possible ,and constantly get lectures and whined at for making "mistakes." First of all, I developed the company intranet ,and have done Data Administration work ,and type 95 wpm in which they have not given me credit. He gives me a piece of software literally 2 days after hiring me ,and expects me to learn it ,and gets pissed because I made "mistakes" which is inevitable for a first time user on a certain software. And when I try to impress he shuts down my ideas or gets upset ,and then sometimes he even decides he likes them. It's about 2 weeks since I graduated ,and I am beginning to question whether my job is really worth it. Since then I have moved in which it takes me a 45 minute drive to go to work + traffic. So literally I am making $60 for 10 hours of my time which is poor I literally view this as working at McDonald's ,and driving so far to work there ,but this isn't the case. They are paying me to use my freaking brain ,and I am not getting respected for it. It's just I have so much anxiety from my whiny boss who can't stand "mistakes" even if they are minimal very very minimal ,and just because I am a person of great integrity have I stayed because I want to display true value to the company. However, they took away my good computer, they are giving me tasks I never was even taught ,and I ask for a job description and he responds that "until you don't make mistakes, your still an intern" so what the hell am I doing here? I just got my new ice skates yesterday, but it came with these screws for the blade. Help choosing a sub for my odd box ?

Which sub should I go with ? My budget goes up to $300, I have a kenwood amp I am going to be running at 400 rms, but the real problem is my box... I couldn't decide sealed or ported box so my friend talked me into getting this bandpass box. There is no problem with the box only that I can't get my sub in there. The hole is 12" but the box has the insert for plexiglas which is obsructing where I put the sub in so the sub doesn't really fit !!! Please help!! When I turned on my computer the login name and pics were HUGE and so was the "welcome" When i logged in it was the same thing on my desktop so i went to properties>settings> and then i changed it. Why are UFC fights now 5, 3 min round fights?

2 more rounds are added if the match has a Championship belt on the line. Since GSP is currently the Welterweight Champ, all his matches will be Championship title defense matches, so he has to fight 5 rounds everytime until he loses the title. It's the same reason why boxing also has 10, 3 minute rounds for non title fights and 12, 3 minute rounds for Championship title fights. I really want to get this out of my mind, it's just bringing me down. I've known for a few years now that my grandparents aren't perfect, but I didn't see this coming. My grandmother from my mom's side has a problem. It hurts to admit this, but I think she is racist. I'm a 14 year old girl, my dad's side of the family is Italian and my mother's is Brazilian. I think he has a shot if he can make it a wrestling match and keep the fight on the mat and dominate GSP that way and I think that is what he is going to try and do. While he has added some power and muscle to his frame and hits and kicks with more authority GSP still has a huge edge in that department. Shield's ability to take a punch I would call only average and so standing up with GSP is probably not the way to go.

Hello, first let me start from the beginning. I work at a store with a drive through, so if someone passes the speaker without ordering we call it a drive up. I am new to this store and someone said there was going to be a "pull through" so I said, do you mean a drive up? I wasn't even talking to this guy when he chimed in, "it's called a pull through here so get used to it Missy." I just ignored that comment but then later he was like my legs are really hairy. So I jokingly said, "You should shave your legs." that's when he told me to hold my tongue. I was completely shocked by this because I've never been treated like that. So for the rest of the day I just did my work and said as little as possible to him, only speaking when it was work related. Later when he was off he came up to the register I was working and was like, "I hope you didn't feel ostracized today with all the boys here having there conversations. I replied that it didn't bother me. Then as i was leaving he told me to have a good night, I said you to then left. I don't know if he left bad or if he was just trying to take more jabs at me but how do I deal with this if it comes up again? P.S. He is 27 and I am 18.

House training a Jack Russel? Tips or way you succeeded with this please?

i took my jack russell out from 8 weeks old ... no puppy pads ... you should take the dog out every two hours around the clock for four days ... and then after every meal, every play session, after walking up the pup should be taken outside ... and patience ... if you are standing there getting annoyed the pup is taking so long, the pup feels that and sometimes it will stop them from going ... so be patient :O) and reinforce with appropriate crate training (one hour in the crate for every month the dog has been alive up to 6 hours in total) ... the dog should never be left unattended until he is housebroken because you can't discipline what you did not see ... and when watching the pup try to catch the cues he does before he has an accident so when you see him start to turn around or sniff, you can call out hey and hurry him outdoors ... when my pup was than young i would sometimes scoop her up and carry her outside to avoid an accident indoors ... that housebroke my jack with one accident in 12 years ... and of course, don't forget the extreme praise for every drop of urine and every poop the pup drops outdoors :O)

Dipping cake pops in candy melts?

I just got a Babycakes Cake Pop maker, and I love it! The only issue I'm having is dipping them. I've inserted the sticks (with some melted candy melts), and I've let them chill. When I melt my candy melts though, the consistency is still really thick. It's almost like a frosting, and it makes it really difficult to dip the pops in it. I even make sure to use a deep bowl so I can fully submerge the pops, but it's the consistency that's the problem. Any tips? I microwave the melts for a couple 30 second intervals.

Think my dog may have hot spots?

i have a 4 month old jack russel, a few days ago i noticed a scaly spot on my puppy's side. then a day later i noticed that it had puss round it and the hair had started to fall out. Disc boot failure insert system disc after nearly 3 years.?

Ok so almost 3 years ago I built a computer, and it has worked fine ever since. I turned off my computer before i went to bed last night and this morning i couldn't boot up. Both my HDD still register in my bios as being connected but only one has windows installed the other is just all my files, could this be a dead hard drive(hopefully not as I don't have a windows key anymore) or could it be an error that i can correct?

Help! I think my green spotted puffer is sick!?

I have 2 gsp One has a very large appitite, very dark spots, a bright green dot and is very active and healthy. The other one (the sick one) has always been on the timider side and has always had natrually lighter spots. Lately i have noticed the the puffer has had very little white dots on the end of its dorsal fin but it does not look like fin rot. He has been eating fine.Tonight however, I trengwent to turn on the light and i saw that she was just sitting there suctioned against the side of the filter almost has if he did not have enough strnght to swim away. I pushed him off with the net and he swam away but looked very pale and swam slowly on the bottom of the tank. I crushed up a few pwices of freez fried plankton and put them in the tank. After a few minites he began to eat and seemed to get stronger and his color came back and was pretty dark again. He then seemed more hungry than ever and was eating every peice that he could find. But his belly did not look as full as yother puffer. He looked hungry after it was all gone so i put in some seaweed gel because he usually like to take a few nibbles on that. He is now swimming around but i noticed a stringy looking poop hanging from him. I checked the water and everything is good. I am planing to siphon out the tank for the first time tmr ( i only have them for about a month and a half) and i will also feed them blood worms and i will put a crunchy vitamin block to file down their teeth. I have a 10 gallon tank but they are still small and i am planning to eventually get a larger tank. I have gravel and they are in freshwater right now but i will start adding salt soon. they also did not have black bellies but i noticed some stress lines but they went away. thanks in advance

How do I copy a finilized DVD to my computer using DVDfab? Or any other program?

I have a finilized dvd of a show I performed in but the sound is horrible, the volume I mean, very quiet. Im trying to rip the dvd to my computer using dvdfab so that I can edit the movie, insert chapters, and also make the volume of the audio louder. The only problem is that when I rip the dvd to my computer, the audio and video does not sync up, and the video is playing faster than real time. I have also tried using an older version of dvdfab and its the same.

You can dip a q-tip in alcohol to clean the games, try removing some cotton first so it fits. Do not put anything into the ds system. If that doesn't work you DS might be damaged from the way they force the games in where they bend the pins. Try to find a cleaner for the system. Last--You don't need to buy a DS each time, you can send your system to Nintendo , make a repair order, and for a fee make it work like new. It is still cheaper than a new one. Not sure about used ones, might still be cheaper.

How long can dogs live if they are still eating, but drinking and urinating very little?

My GSP is 13, has thyroid cancer and debilitating arthritis in her remaining back hip and knee. She is still eating every day, but is not drinking much, and has yet to urinate today (it's 11:30 am). This is the first dog I have ever seen through an entire natural life span, and I would like to put her to sleep, but my husband does not, so we are doing palliative care for her pain. She can't stand up, and I think she is having difficulty voiding her bladder because she doesn't have the strength to squat, though she doesn't appear to be in any distress. She also has not done a #2 in several days, perhaps for the same reason, or perhaps because we added Tramadol and Gabapentin to her pain meds. Any ideas how I can get her to drink more water, and help her urinate? Any ideas on how much longer she may live (I know you're not psychic, I am asking days? weeks?)

Well, The UFC is different than Strikeforce! If you can't cut it in UFC you go to Strikeforce or shark fights. That's all there is to it. Shields has been on a 16 fight win streek but only 1 against a UFC opponent. Let's be honest he was brought in to fight a tomato can and then shot at the title by White claiming him to be the best submission artist in the game which is far from true. Not to take away from him being a great submission artist but, he is not the caliber of fighter that GSP is. GSP is great in every aspect of the game. If he wins by decision he is irritated and angered. I mean who gets mad over a championship fight just because it didn't go how he wanted it to. George is amazing and i know that weight class is his. There is not anyone that can beat GSP at middleweight that is just how it seems to be. Jake had to tough of a time trying to take down kampmann who isn't very good at wrestling in general let alone bjj or subs. Not to offend anyone but someone is going to have to move DOWN a weight class in order to beat George Saint Pierre. I believe it would have to be someone possibly like Anderson Silvia although, I just don't see Anderson being able to keep pace with GSP not that he would get tired but Anderson typically isn't too great off his back as we saw in the anderson vs. sonnen. Sonnen however had to take steroids to put up a fight but GSP would be able to take Silvia down at will. So let's hope that GSP has worked on his submissions and ground game but i do believe GSP will win via 3rd round knockout. Not stoppage but temporarily smashing shields brain against his skull bone and rattling back and forth until his brain shuts off. GSP isn't my fave fighter but he is in top 5

How much do you think GSP Benchpresses?

Probably not that much, the bench press not really a big concern for martial artists. The use of the pectorals muscles are fairly limited in martial arts as the only time it is really used is in the follow through of a punch (see for your self, feel your pec with one hand and throw a punch with the other. it doesn't really contract until the latter portion of the punch), and pectoral muscle tends to be quite large if emphasized which is just extra, mostly useless muscle which makes cutting weight that much harder. It has pretty much nothing to do with getting tossed around, the muscles primarily responsible for that include mostly every muscle except for your pecs. But my guess is that he Could bench anywhere from 320-380, not an insane amount but enough to get that follow through on those punches.

In all honesty the pain is not chronic or dehabiliating. I'd rate as 1-2 on a scale of 1-5. Also it's mostly my right foot I honestly could live without one on my left foot. St. Pierre will win, probably by unanimous decision. His striking is the best it's ever been, and I don't think Shields will have an answer to GSP's jabs. And GSP's wrestling ability is fantastic. A lot of people think that since Shields has a black belt in BJJ that he'll be difficult on the ground, but GSP absolutely dominated BJ Penn on the ground who not only has a black belt, but is one of the best BJJ fighters in the world, and GSP has done nothing but get better since that fight. I'm not counting Shields out because he's a good fighter and anything can happen, but I honestly see St. Pierre taking this one no problem.

IPad camera connection kit not working?

I just bought an iPad camera connection kit for my iPad 2. I cannot transfer jpeg photos of scanned 35mm negatives from a Sandisk 4gb SD card. I scanned my negatives using a brand new Canon scanner/printer machine I just bought. I ran into that problem the first day I bought the iPad camera kit. After doing some research online, I managed to get my photos to transfer by changing the filenames of the photos to less than 8 characters. The next day, I tried the same thing with a new batch of photos, but none are able to transfer. I just get a message saying there are no photos to import whenever I insert the SD card. I have the DCIM folder and all my photos are jpeg. I returned the camera connection kit and got a new one. I am still having the exact same problems. The funny thing is, when I use that same SD card on my digital camera, my Ipad recognizes the pics I took with that camera and is able to transfer them without a problem! I am using an iMac. My iPad has the latest software installed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok so I was on our boat yesterday sitting on the top and we went over a bump and I jabbed my head against this metal point, it looks like the corner of a car door. Why can't I change my region back to region 4 even though it was previously set this way?

I put a disc from Thailand in my pc and was asked if I wanted to change the code. I had 2 choices (of 5) remaining to alter the region setting. Yes it will happen if both fighters win their next two fights. And Anderson Silva isn't too big for GSP, there's only a three inch height difference, and their reach is essentially the same. Then i would click the 'play' button then it freezes and tells me it isn't responding! alright well i have the xbox pro model the white one with the 60 gb Hd and its been doing this for a long time and really now i just wish it would stop you know i have put up with it for a long time but what happens is when i put a disk in it just comes up to open tray like there is no disk in, so after opening and closing the tray about 50 times it will eventually read the disk, a trick i found that used to work was to take the disk out and close the tray with no game then insert a game disk nest time you opened it, but now even this doesnt work so please if you have the same problem or a way to fix it i would appreciate it

Thanks god for the Aldo Hominick fight, which surprised me it went the distance. Machida's KO was epic too, though no surprise there. GSP Shields fight was boring as I expected to be.
