Think my dog may have hot spots?

i have a 4 month old jack russel, a few days ago i noticed a scaly spot on my puppy's side. then a day later i noticed that it had puss round it and the hair had started to fall out. Day 3, the spot scabbed over and i thought that its was on the mend, but then noticed 2 more spots within an inch of the first. 5 days from seeing the first spot he has about 9 or 10 of these small spots. he has been wormed, fleed and had all his jabs. pls help
