Is it possible to tattoo over a tb jab scar?

In most all cases, yes. Usually the scar is old and soft, and will take ink. The scars we don't tattoo over are the hard surgical scars. Some of them just won't take ink, no matter how hard you try to hammer it in. But the tb scar is usually an old scar, and it's softened up quite a bit.
