URGENT..iM NOT SURE WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY DOG AND WE DON'T HAVE A 24HR VET HOSPITAL NEAR BY.?

my 6 year old GSP all of the sudden this evening he came to me panting and couldn't walk straight...was very unsteady, I laid him down checked his gums, and belly just petted him softly for a couple of minutes and he was fine then a little while ago it happend again, I wonder if this is and inner ear issue or a minio seisure?????
