I got pulled over for driving on the yellow lane and illegal change of lane 394:86 (i think)?

I was following a car in front of me, who was also driving on the yellow lane, but i accidentlly made an illegal turn due to my gsp started to reroute me to a different direction which cause me to go straight on an only left lane. Do you think i can fight these tickets and get the points of? Its 5 points
